Removal
NOTE:

Release the wedge nut.
-
NOTE:
Typical application shown.
Loosen the wedge screw 6 turns.
Torque:
62 lb.in (7 Nm)

Press the wedge screw inward to release the wedge nut.

NOTE:

Remove the wedge screw.

NOTE:

Position the spot lamp handle off the spot lamp shaft.
-
Remove the wedge nut.
-
NOTE:
To install, make sure the wedge nut aligns with the keyway on the spotlamp shaft.
Slide the spot lamp handle off the spot lamp shaft.

NOTE:

Remove the spot lamp head assembly.
-
Loosen the set screw.
-
Slide the spot lamp head assembly out of the spot lamp mount.
-
NOTE:

Remove the spot lamp shaft collar and grommet.
-
Loosen the spot lamp shaft collar set screw.
-
Slide the spot lamp shaft collar and grommet off the spot lamp base.
-
NOTE:

Remove the A-pillar trim panel.
-
Position the A-pillar interior trim panel aside.
-
Disconnect the spot lamp handle electrical connector.
-
Slide the spot lamp handle wiring through the A-pillar interior trim panel.
-
Remove the spot lamp base.
-
Remove the spot lamp base screws.
-
Slide the spot lamp base out of the A-pillar.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
