Ford Explorer: Installing Child Restraints / Child Seats
Use a child restraint (sometimes called an infant carrier, convertible seat,
or toddler seat) for Infants, toddlers and children weighing 40 lb (18 kg) or less
(generally four-years-old or younger).
WARNING: Do not place a rearward facing child restraint in front of an
active airbag. Failure to follow this instruction could result in personal injury
or death...

No factory-equipped vehicle should have more than a 25 mA
(0.025 amp) – 50 mA (0.050) draw depending on the vehicle's accessories.
Check for current drains on the battery in excess of 25 mA (0.025 amp) –
50 mA (0.050) with all the electrical accessories off and the vehicle
at rest for at least 75 minutes (depending on region)...
