Removal
NOTE:

Remove the cooling module.
Refer to: Cooling Module (303-03A Engine Cooling - 2.3L EcoBoost (201kW/273PS), Removal and Installation).

Remove the bolt, release the tabs and remove the A/C condenser.
Torque:
80 lb.in (9 Nm)
-
Remove the bolts, release the tabs and remove the cooling fan motor and shroud.
Torque:
71 lb.in (8 Nm)
-
Remove the upper and lower radiator insulators.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Fill and bleed the cooling system.
