Removal
WARNING:
The following procedure describes critical repair steps
required for correct seat component installation. Follow all notes and
steps carefully. Do not place any objects between the seat components
and the body of the vehicle, nor any objects within a joint internal to
the seat structure. Failure to follow step instructions may result in
incorrect operation of the seat components and increases the risk of
serious personal injury.
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Release the tabs and remove the second row center seat LH front bolt cover.
Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
-
Remove and discard the second row center seat LH front bolt.
Torque:
35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
-
Release the tabs and remove the second row center seat RH front bolt cover.
Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
-
Remove and discard the second row center seat RH front bolt.
Torque:
35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
-
Position the second row center seat wiring harness aside.
-
Disconnect the second row center seat wiring harness electrical connector.
-
Release the second row center seat wiring harness pin-type retainer.
-
NOTE:
To remove, pry from the front of the rear bolt cover.
Release the tabs and remove the second row center seat rear bolt covers.
Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
-
Remove and discard the second row center seat rear bolts.
Torque:
35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
-
Remove the second row center seat.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Overview
The ACC cruise control system is controlled by the PCM, CCM and IPMA.
The ACC cruise control modes are selected from the steering wheel mounted switches, which are integrated into the LH steering wheel switch.
The cruise control icons on the steering wheel switch change depending on option:
Base cruise control...
Press the button to cycle through
the four gap settings.
The selected gap appears in the information display as shown by the bars in the
image.
Note: The gap setting is time dependent and therefore the distance adjusts
with your vehicle speed...

place a rear-facing child restraint in front of an active airbag. If you must use
a forward-facing child restraint in the front seat, move the seat upon which the
child restraint is installed all the way back.
